RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We take pride in making sure your goods are throughly checked and packaged with love.
WE do understand however sometimes things out of our control do happen, we want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience here at the willowfield , we want you to love the shopping experience and return to shop and most of all LOVE shopping with us!

We do accept returns within a 14 day period from goods being sent.
All items returned will again be throughly checked over to ensure tags are connected, item/s do not smell nor look worn and if return accepted a credit voucher valid for 12 months will be issued alternatively a Refund given.
please note we have the right to refuse damaged or soiled goods back for credit/refund and this is at our discretion
Goods purchased on sample sales are final and no exchanges or refunds will be given
Goods on Sale will qualify for an exchange or credit voucher valid for 12 months.
BEFORE RETURNING a product you will need to copy and paste the RETURNS QUESTIONS in email
you will then recieve a RN number within 24 hours which needs to be clearly visible on the front of your package.
All returns are the responsibility of the buyer and We suggest you use a tracked method to return the goods to us as we can take not take responsibility nor credit you if goods are not received back to us.
we cannot accept post office proof receipts as proof of return we need to physically have the goods in order to process your return.
In regards to Faulty items please follow the RN procedure and we will be in contact with you.
In regards to exchanges for change of size, please follow the RN procedure and note exchange item to item you wish to swap for, we will be in contact with you within 24 hours.
You do need to pay postage to return the item to us within the 14 days, however the new item you wish to exchange for will be sent free of postage charge by us to you.
The credit Voucher will be valid for 12 months and will include the normal conditions : AU purchases over $70.00 are free postage ect ...
